You will get 2 e-mails from us, first, to confirm your order, second e-mail to informing you when
the order has been shipped and scheduled delivery date. You will be provided with an UPS
tracking number to check the status and arrival of your shipment.
We are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes,
APO or FPO addresses or US territories.
Delivery Methods and Timing:
Orders will be shipped within 5 days of receipt. If shipping is delayed by more than 1 week, the
customer will be notified of an expected ship date.
Return/Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the product within 30
days of receipt for a prompt refund. Please, contact us and we’ll do our utmost to resolve the
situation to your full satisfaction. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable unless it is
